What busy people ask first.

Is the money in my own account?

Yes. You open the futures account at your broker, in your name, and the money stays there the whole time. Atomik connects to that account only to place and close trades.

Deposits and withdrawals happen at your broker, by you. Atomik never holds your money, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.

Which brokers are supported?

Tradovate, TopstepX and Interactive Brokers connect today, for a futures account in your name.

Your firm's rules on automated trading are between you and the firm. Check them before you switch this on.

Every plan also includes free paper accounts, so you can run everything with simulated money first.

What can go wrong, and how am I protected?

Straight answer: things can go wrong, and some of them cost money.

  • Strategies lose money, sometimes for weeks. A past record does not predict the next one.
  • Real fills can differ from the chart, and fast markets can move past a stop before it's filled.
  • Your broker connection can drop or need re-linking. While it's down, new orders can't be placed.
  • Switching a strategy off stops new trades. A trade that is already open stays open: close it from your dashboard or at your broker.

What protects you:

  • You choose every strategy and how many contracts it trades.
  • On Tradovate, a strategy's stop and target are placed at your broker with the entry, so they stay in place even if our connection drops.
  • You can set a daily loss limit on a Tradovate account: when it is hit, Atomik closes positions or stops new trades for the day, your choice.
  • A signal that arrives twice in quick succession is placed once.
  • Paper first, for free, as long as you like.
  • On Elite, order problems on your account come to us and we get in touch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in a couple of clicks; there's no contract and no call to make. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Within 7 days of your first payment, the same screen gives you a full refund instead.

Do I have to watch it?

No. Strategies run on Atomik's servers, around the clock, whether your laptop is open or not. Check the dashboard when it suits you.
